Lauren is simply the best real estate agent one could get. She’s not only responsive, hard working, diligent, loyal, team oriented, but she’s actually one of the most wonderful human beings as well. Several months ago, I called for more information on a property and Lauren was the agent that responded to the call. I was immediately taken by her enthusiasm, ability to listen to my needs, intelligent inquisitiveness and caring attitude. We looked at several properties and even went through the contract process on a few. Lauren was a true professional and right on top of every aspect of each transaction, always with my best interests and really difficult criteria in mind. I had been looking for the right property for a long time and had almost given up hope when Lauren sent me a listing that had just popped up on the very competitive market in Wimberley, TX. I was working crazy hours on a contract project and felt I had no time to consider anything other than the work deadline in front of me; Lauren insisted I look as the property met all my criteria and then some! And she was right! The property needed a lot of work and I had to purchase FHA, which made it doubly challenging, but Lauren persisted through every step of the way and miraculously made it happen! I am now in a home that I hope to stay in through my golden years and then some. 🙂 I can’t sing Lauren’s praises enough! I took a job in Austin and had to move from Houston with a very short notice. Without much information about the city and much time, I simply googled the best real estate agent in the Austin area and I found her with excellent reviews on Zillow.
Needless to say, I jumped on the phone and contacted her to get things moving. First impression was that she was very polite, courteous, happy and eager to help me. What a wonderful agent she was with a high level of communication skills and passion to meet the client’s expectations!
A day tour with her from San Marcos all the way up to Austin to see all properties on my list just confirmed that I made the right choice, and I couldn’t be happier with her excellent service. She came out on time, did her research on the properties in advance, informed me of all information I needed to know to make an informed decision, briefed all bolts and nuts of each property prior to looking around, and answered all of my questions up to my satisfaction. Following my decision to take one of the properties she showed me, she kept doing her best effort to keep me updated and informed at the highest level possible. She always followed up, informed me of any updates in a timely manner and made sure I was okay with the way she did throughout the process.

She texted and emailed me updates all the time, and even when a deal fell through and I was heartbroken, reminded me that she would put me in the house that was meant for me and that I would not be disappointed! I moved to San Marcos in April and had horrible luck house searching then when I found the one j though the buyers pulled it out from me. I literally walked into McNabb & Co., and Lauren was right there to help as I had tears streaming down my face. I had less than 24 hours to move out of my pervious house. Lauren not only helped us locate an apartment but a lot for purchase as well. She is very communicative and is quick to respond to questions/concerns and sent us rental and lot options that really applied to our interests.
