Marileen Boulos

Marileen Boulos is a proud graduate of Texas State University, where she received her BBA with a focus in Finance. After graduating in 2013, she was not ready to leave the fast-growing city of San Marcos; so Marileen chose to stay and pursue a career in Real Estate. She works with homebuyers throughout the Greater San Marcos Area, ranging from Austin to San Antonio.

Because Marileen Boulos is fresh out of college with a broad knowledge of San Marcos real estate, first-time homebuyers find her to be relatable and extremely helpful throughout the home buying process. Marileen loves every part of being a Realtor, but she especially enjoys working with investors who see the potential and opportunity San Marcos has to offer.
